Job summary

Saffron Housing Trust is seeking an accomplished Neighbourhood Officer Manager to lead the Neighbourhood Officer team and oversee tenancy and estate management, anti-social behaviour casework, safeguarding and resident engagement.

Role focuses on delivering safe, responsive tenancy services driven by performance data and strong partnerships with residents and colleagues. A Basic DBS check is required, CIH Level 4 is valued but not essential.

• Significant experience in housing management or customer-facing services in social housing or a similar setting.
• Experience managing complex tenancy, anti-social behaviour, safeguarding or neighbourhood issues.

Job description
