Job summary

Saffron Housing Trust Ltd. is seeking a proactive Neighbourhood Officer to support tenants, safeguard communities and resolve complex tenancy issues across our neighbourhoods.

You will work with tenants, partner agencies and colleagues to deliver meaningful, practical outcomes in a busy, community-focused role. In this position, you’ll manage ASB and safeguarding cases, build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to safer, more vibrant communities.

Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with multiple agencies (Police, Social Services, Mental Health Services).
• Strong skills in managing anti-social behaviour (ASB) cases.
• Experience safeguarding vulnerable tenants and assessing risk.
• Ability to handle complex tenancy cases with professional judgement.
• Capability to undertake home visits and document outcomes clearly.
