Job summary

Bournville Village Trust is recruiting a Trainee Neighbourhood Coordinator to develop skills across housing services while supporting residents and partners. You will manage a patch, handle routine tenancy enquiries and maintain accurate records in CRM and tenancy systems.

The two-year programme combines practical experience with structured learning, aiming to progress you within neighbourhood housing services.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer focus and deliver excellent resident services.
• Interest in housing, neighbourhood services and community challenges.
• Willingness to learn, complete a relevant qualification and apply learning.

Responsibilities

• Manage a smaller neighbourhood patch and support the wider Neighbourhoods Team.
• Assist with tenancy management, resident engagement and community development.
• Support activities such as visits, audits, viewings and tenancy sign ups.
