Over two years, graduates complete placements across Design Authority, Plant Management, Safety Case and Operational Support, gaining broad facilities engineering exposure while contributing to nuclear infrastructure safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Design (Mechanical) or related discipline.
• Security clearance eligibility requirements (BPSS, SC, NNPP) to access Naval facilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the full engineering lifecycle for mechanical systems.
• Produce engineering drawings and CAD models; perform analyses and inspections.
• Collaborate with Design Authority, Plant Management, Safety Case and Operational Support teams.

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
