Qualifications

• Relevant Corporate Finance experience across advisory and capital market products.
• Proven execution skills with complex deal understanding and structuring in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM.
• Strong analytical approach and creative problem-solving with high initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support wider teams in coverage of key NRG accounts.
• Coordinate and assist in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM transactions.
• Communicate with clients, advisers and senior bankers; develop materials for clients.
• Mentor juniors in the team and contribute to cross‑regional deal teams.
