• Relevant corporate finance experience across advisory and capital markets.
• Proven execution skills in M&A, Leveraged Finance and ECM.
• Strong analytical abilities with creative problem solving.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple client projects.
• Able to influence senior, cross-functional deal teams across regions.
• Strong negotiation skills for a large matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM transactions with TMT clients.
• Support wider teams in the coverage of key TMT accounts.
• Conduct sector/company research, valuation, credit analysis and financial modeling.
• Communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers.
• Generate ideas to guide client materials and assist country/product bankers on opportunities in TMT.
