Responsibilities

• Support origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM with clients.
• Conduct sector and company research, valuation, and financial modelling.
• Prepare client materials and present insights to senior bankers.
• Communicate with clients and advisers, guiding deal execution.
• Utilize sector knowledge to develop materials for opportunities in TMT.
• Support mentoring and development of junior team members.
