Job summary

Deutsche Bank is seeking an Infrastructure & Utilities Associate in London to support origination and execution across M&A, ECM, and DCM within the EMEA space. You will cover client accounts, perform valuation and financial modelling, and contribute to pitchbooks while collaborating with senior investment bankers.

You’ll work in a hybrid model with development opportunities and exposure to a broad CSR and wellbeing program. The role emphasizes initiative, analytics, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Relevant I&U Corporate Finance experience in advisory.
• Strong execution skills in M&A with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrable technical skills in financial modelling and valuation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to drive and influence senior cross-functional deal teams.

Responsibilities

• Supporting wider teams in the I&U coverage effort of key EMEA accounts.
• Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling.
• In origination and execution projects, communicating with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers.
• Helping to develop and mentor staff in the team.
