Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree level education or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in Investment Banking or financial services, preferably with M&A exposure.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and corporate finance.
• Strong technical skills in financial analysis, modelling and valuations.
• Highly motivated, team player with a client-facing mindset.
• Excellent communication under pressure and strong integrity.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions including project management, financial modelling, due diligence, and documentation.
• Assist senior team with origination and preparation of client presentations.
• Communicate with clients, advisers and senior bankers during origination and execution.
• Support UK-listed advisory clients with market intelligence and M&A advice.
• Develop knowledge of subsectors and geographies within the team remit.
• Assist with sector projects and mentoring of junior team members.
