Qualifications

• Experience in managing a service department or senior service role with customer and engineering support responsibilities.
• Experience with scheduling engineers and quoting for works and contracts.
• Ability to troubleshoot and support field engineers, remote and on-site.
• Willingness to relocate within commuting distance.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs and arrange site visits.
• Support field engineers with technical issues and spares.
• Liaise with equipment suppliers for support.
• Troubleshoot on-site and remotely.
• Field work as required.
• Organise engineer workloads and quote works.
• Quote customers for works and contracts and promote services.
• Manage engineers and maintain their efficiency, and resourcing as needed.
• Support the sales team with technical support and pricing for add-on services.
• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and service counterparts.
