We are looking for a National Sales Manager for Getinge UKI, leading the Infection Control (IC) Sales team. You will play an integral role in the planning and implementation of programmes involving the establishment and development of sales opportunities covering capital IC equipment and TDOC solutions.
You will collaborate with your team, to share, build together and meet our goals. As the National Sales Manager, you will be directly responsible for sales.You will lead the sales plan, while supporting your colleagues and connecting with your customers.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
High level of demonstrable commercial acumen
Significant experience working within the Surgical Workflows business would be a distinct advantage
Experience working in a multi-site environment
Demonstrable experience in managing a medium+ sized experienced sales/clinical team
Proven successful sales background with hands-on approach to “lead by example”
A strong background in dealing with clients at a high level
Working knowledge and experience of sales within the medical field is desired
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Motivated by professional learning and development within leadership
Self-motivated, be able to work flexibly and under pressure in a dynamic and changing environment.
Strong interpersonal
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
Passionate about coaching and developing sales teams
