Job Description:

Job Title: Commercial Manager Sleep and Respiratory Care

Role Overview: Play a key part in the commercial success of the UKI Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) business by leading tender processes, developing relationships with key partners, and providing data insights to support the business.

Your responsibilities include:

  1. Managing relationships with framework partners (NHSSC, SBS, HTE).
  2. Owning the SRC Trust and Framework Tender process, ensuring successful tender submissions.
  3. Participating in Transformation initiatives, Strategy deliverables, and weekly KPIs.
  4. Collaborating with pricing and finance teams on commercial policies and pricing strategies.
  5. Supporting Account Managers with business and commercial needs.
  6. This role is primarily remote, with travel to UK&I customers and our headquarters in Farnborough, Hampshire.

Ideal candidate profile:

  1. Experience managing accounts or frameworks, especially with the NHS.
  2. Proven track record in managing full lifecycle tender processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
  3. Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder expectations.
  5. Experience in data analysis and presentation for diverse audiences.
