Job Description

Commercial Manager, Sleep & Respiratory Care

Play a key role in the commercial success of the UKI Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) business by leading tender processes, developing relationships with key partners, and providing data insights to support the business.

Your role:
  1. Responsible for growing relationships with framework partners (NHSSC, SBS, HTE).
  2. Ownership of the SRC Trust and Framework Tender process, ensuring successful tender submissions.
  3. Involvement in Transformation initiatives, Strategy deliverables, and Weekly Management KPIs.
  4. Collaborate with pricing and finance teams on commercial policies and pricing strategies.
  5. Support Account Managers with ad hoc business and commercial needs.
  6. This role is based remotely, with travel to customers in UK&I and to our headquarters in Farnborough, Hampshire.

Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience managing accounts or framework providers, especially with the NHS.
  • Proven track record in managing full lifecycle tender processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Experience analyzing and presenting data clearly to diverse audiences.

A standard DBS check is required due to healthcare environment regulations.
