Job Title: Commercial Manager Sleep and Respiratory Care

Job Description: Play a key part in the commercial success of the UKI Sleep & Respiratory Care (SRC) business by leading tender processes, developing relationships with key partners, and providing data insights to support the business.

Your role:

1. Responsible for growth in relationships with framework partners (NHSSC, SBS, HTE).
2. Ownership of SRC Trust and Framework Tender process, ensuring successful tenders.
3. Involvement in Transformation, Strategy deliverables, and Weekly Management KPIs.
4. Collaborate with pricing and finance on commercial policies and strategies.
5. Support Account Managers with business and commercial requirements.
6. This role is home-based, with travel to UK&I customers and Farnborough headquarters.

Ideal candidate:

1. Experience managing accounts/framework providers, especially with the NHS.
2. Proven track record in managing full lifecycle tender processes and coordinating cross-functional teams.
3. Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage stakeholder expectations.
5. Experience analyzing and presenting data clearly for diverse audiences.

A standard DBS check is required due to healthcare environment regulations.
