What You’ll Be Doing

  • Cultivating new customer relationships while nurturing and expanding existing partnerships in the flooring distribution sector.
  • Collaborating with customers to support long-term planning, including forecasting and participation in annual budget discussions.
  • Delivering expert guidance and training to our distributor network, ensuring they feel confident and well-supported.
  • Spotting opportunities in growth areas such as flooring contractors, retailers, and housebuilders – and turning insights into action.
  • Supporting a communication strategy that keeps the customer at the heart of what we do.
  • Managing customer concerns with professionalism and care, in line with our ISO standards.
  • Offering product knowledge and technical expertise that builds trust and adds value.
  • Working cross-functionally across the EGGER Group to drive innovation and service excellence.
  • Representing EGGER at key industry events, building brand visibility and relationships.

What You’ll Bring

  • A collaborative mindset and a people-first approach to leadership.
  • Proven success in B2B sales – ideally within the flooring or building materials industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of engineered flooring products (EFPs).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • A passion for building relationships and a keen eye for detail.
  • A proactive, solutions-driven attitude and a drive to grow – both the business and your career.
