Base pay range

Reports To: Managing Director

Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00

Based: Remote, with a required monthly visit to our Glasgow Office


Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum, with potential OTE of £90,000+

For over 25 years our client has been providing security systems and highly trained staff where they’re needed most. They are a family-run business, in addition to being a market leader in Security CCTV and Services, Events and Labour Provision.

We operate primarily across the following five markets:

  • Security
  • Events
  • Labour
  • Waking Watch
  • Property Services

About The Role

Are you a skilled and experienced National Sales Manager looking to take your career to the next level? Our Client, a top Security Services Specialist in the UK, is seeking a New Void National Sales Manager to join their growing dynamic team.

As a key player in the growing market of Vacant Property solutions, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and drive new business growth. With a minimum of 5 years experience in this sector, you will be joining an experienced team with all the support you will need to make this move a success.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the Managing Director to develop and implement strategic sales plans, ensuring the continued success of the business.

Who You Are

The Successful candidate will be the driving force behind their new Sentinel Pod, a WOW product that is custom built to solve the main customer issues within the Vacant Property Industry.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • to have a proven track record of success in business development
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills,
  • a strong understanding of the Vacant Property solutions market.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 year experience in a similar Business Development role
