The Role and Team:
The National Field Sales Manager will lead a team of 6 regional Catering Consultants, responsible for acquiring new NHS trust business and retaining existing sites. They will 'own' the NHS market segment, meet targets, and be accountable for profit and loss.
This role involves providing excellent retention services to contractor sites via the National Account Team. Reporting to the General Manager of Healthcare, the role is part of the senior leadership team, working with other managers to execute strategies.
The position is home-based across the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), with travel required. The ideal candidate is ambitious, growth-oriented, and capable of engaging stakeholders from hospital kitchens to executive offices.
