Job description

National Sales Manager

Glevum Security is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to join our busy team based in London/Gloucester. The ideal candidate will be efficient, flexible, motivated, and possess excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to recognize opportunities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Collaborating closely with the Managing Director and Accounts Manager
  2. Maximizing sales and supply forecasting accuracy
  3. Leading the valuations and variations pricing process and communicating invoice totals with the Accounts Manager
  4. Pricing and negotiating contracts for projects at tender
  5. Maintaining positive communication with client representatives to ensure quality service meets expectations
  6. Supporting and driving the company's commercial strategy
  7. Managing major bids

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience within the security industry
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus
  • Previous commercial management experience
  • Well organized
  • Good IT skills
  • 5-year checkable work/career history
