Qualifications

  • Ten years sales/management experience required.
  • Dependable vehicle and valid driver's license needed.

Position Summary:

As the Regional Sales Manager and Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for working with the Vice President of Sales to set and achieve regional sales, profit, market share, and customer delight goals for merchandise, equipment, teeth, services, and other company products & offerings. You will oversee the regional branch logistics, sales personnel training programs, and sales of specialty products and services. Your role as the Regional Sales Manager and Customer Advocate is essential, as it serves as the bridge between customers and Benco Dental!

Do YOU Meet These Requirements?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field or equivalent education/experience
  • Ten years sales/management experience
  • Possess a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel in assigned region as well as frequent overnight travel
