Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 basic (£79,000 OTE) + car allowance

Prime Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of security solutions tailored for the construction industry, supplying high-end CCTV products across the UK.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the construction sector. The candidate will manage existing client relationships and develop new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients for high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and pursue new business within the construction industry.
  • Provide consultative sales support, customizing solutions to client needs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for seamless delivery and onboarding.
  • Attend site visits and client meetings, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts using CRM systems.
  • Represent Prime Workforce Solutions at trade events and industry functions.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in security sales, preferably CCTV or related electronic security products.
  • Proven track record of consistent sales growth in B2B environments.
  • Strong industry connections and understanding of the construction sector are highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Full UK driving license is essential.
