Description Reporting to the FE Sales Director, the National Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth within the further education (FE) sales division. Operating in a dynamic environment, this home-based position involves collaborating with regional sales teams to achieve ambitious growth targets with a particular focus on developing our learner referral partners.

We provide a learner referral service to FE colleges, independent training providers, and local authorities across England. Our mission is to connect learners with the right opportunities, helping providers to increase enrolments and support skills development in their communities.

Summary of the role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Executive to focus solely on new business development. This role is ideal for a confident and self-sufficient sales professional who thrives on winning new clients and developing strong relationships.
DUTIES
- Proactively source, contact, and win new business from FE colleges, independent training providers, and local authorities across England.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, taking ownership of lead generation and outreach.
• Effectively communicate the value and benefits of our learner referral service, tailoring your approach to different client needs.
• Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and presentations to engage decision-makers and secure new contracts.
• Work independently to identify and target potential partners, using initiative and self-motivation to drive success.
• Maintain accurate records of activity, leads, and sales progress.
• Stay informed about trends in Further Education (FE) and training to ensure a knowledgeable and consultative sales approach.
