The Opportunity
We’re recruiting for a board-level National Sales Director to lead and shape the commercial strategy across the UK & Ireland for a market-leading manufacturer within the built environment. With an already significant presence and a strong product offering across national merchants, contractors, M&E installers, architects, and designers, this is a rare opportunity to step into a senior leadership role with this part of the business generating over £75m in annual sales, and the wider company over £100m with ambition to increase heavily over the next 3-5 years.
This role is about more than just revenue — it's about setting direction, driving excellence, building capability, and executing a clear, long-term strategy. You’ll join the Executive Leadership Team, with full ownership of UK & Ireland sales performance and a central role in shaping business growth over the next 3–5 years.

We need an exceptional leader. Someone who can inspire, develop and manage a senior sales team — including Managers and Regional Directors — and who thrives in a performance-led environment. This is a role that demands strategic clarity, strong planning skills, and a leader who holds their team accountable.
We're open on background — whether you're from bathrooms, interiors, HVAC, plumbing, or wider building materials, what matters most is your ability to operate at pace, lead with impact, and deliver growth through people, process, and vision.
This role also includes a long-term incentive scheme with company shares, designed to reward impact and leadership at the highest level.
