Are you a strategic, results-driven sales leader with strong connections in the buy-side or insurance space? Do you have what it takes to sell enterprise-grade financial technology that’s transforming treasury and risk management across global investment firms?

We’re hiring a VP of Sales for a leading fintech platform, offering a comprehensive suite of treasury, liquidity, and risk solutions. This is a high-impact, senior role with full ownership of new business development in the UK and EMEA markets, with a particular focus on asset managers, insurers, and institutional investors.

About the Role

As VP of Sales, you will be the face of the brand to the buy-side and insurance community across EMEA. This is a remote role based in the UK (preferably London), supported by a global team of pre-sales, product, and marketing specialists. You’ll manage complex, consultative sales cycles and engage directly with senior stakeholders in finance, treasury, risk, and operations.

What You’ll Be Selling

A modern SaaS platform designed to help institutional finance teams optimise operations and reduce risk, covering:

  • Cash & Liquidity Management
  • Hedge Accounting
  • Bank Connectivity & Payments
  • Regulatory Reporting & Compliance

Our technology is trusted by a global client base managing tens of billions in financial assets.

  • Lead enterprise sales across asset managers, insurers, and other institutional finance organisations in the UK and EMEA
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline through targeted prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Guide prospects through discovery, solution design, and commercial negotiation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong delivery and client onboarding
  • Maintain deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • 7+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, ideally within fintech, treasury, risk, or capital markets
  • Demonstrable success selling into the buy-side or insurance sector
  • A strong network of senior finance, treasury, or operations contacts across EMEA
  • Experience managing long sales cycles with complex stakeholders and £200k–£1M+ deal values
  • Highly autonomous, self-motivated, and comfortable in a remote-first, fast-growth environment
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
