Growth Kitchen in Newcastle is seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our Newcastle kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality and smooth day-to-day operations. You will manage stock, safety, and team development while delivering consistent results under pressure.

You’ll drive high-volume services, collaborate with delivery partners, monitor KPIs, and contribute to menu development in a fast-growing hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Kitchen manager/ team leader in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with delivery partners such as Uber Eats and Deliveroo.
• Strong communication and ability to problem solve.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing food costs and kitchen KPIs.
• Passion, creativity, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach.
• Positive, resilient attitude with ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a high-performing kitchen team whilst working shifts in the heart of the kitchen.
• Deliver consistently outstanding food quality and presentation.
• Drive compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company standards.
• Manage kitchen food costs, stock control, and waste reduction.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen.
