Evri Premium in Coventry is seeking an experienced Process Manager to lead a key area of the National Hub, driving productivity, quality and service performance. You will develop and coach Supervisors and Team Leaders, setting clear standards and owning end‑to‑end processes in a fast‑paced environment.
You will manage resource planning, safety, costs and continuous improvement initiatives, using data and KPIs to identify opportunities, influence change and deliver excellent customer service
