• Demonstrated experience in property management and construction.
• Ability to manage a team of Building Surveyors and Contracts Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain property management policy, processes, and procedures.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance works across 200+ developments.
• Manage national and regional contractor agreements for quality work and value.
• Provide advice on emergency works and cost management for property maintenance.
