Field Sales Operations Manager National

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager - National. The role primarily involves managing a field team, driving sales, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
This multifaceted role requires liaising, reporting, and supporting the leadership team. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team to achieve store excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance and best practices are upheld.
- Auditing the field team and conducting field visits as per company standards.
- Providing constructive feedback, addressing poor performance, and recognizing successes.
- Offering coaching, training, and onboarding for new team members.
- Building strong relationships with the field team and customers.
- Driving sales initiatives within the field teams.
- Managing time effectively and completing reports accurately.
- Maintaining excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements
- Strong personal integrity with decisive judgment and influence skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally, approximately 4 days per week in the field.
- Experience managing field sales teams.
- Interpersonal skills to develop relationships with team and stakeholders.
- Self-starter with good time management and workload planning.
- Team player capable of collaborating effectively.
- Robust, determined, and proactive in resolving issues.
- Ability to handle conflicts confidently.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Fluent in English; bilingual skills advantageous.
- Education up to GCSE level.
- Experience or knowledge of visiting retail outlets.
- Proficient in IT systems: Word, Excel, Email.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Remuneration & Benefits

- OTE £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
