Field Sales Operations Manager National

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Operations Manager (National). The role primarily involves managing a field team, driving sales, maintaining high field standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
This multifaceted position requires the manager to liaise with, report to, and support the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver excellent store standards and customer service.
- Ensure compliance and best practices are followed to the highest standards.
- Audit the field team regularly.
- Conduct field visits aligned with company expectations.
- Provide constructive feedback, challenge poor practices, and report performance issues to Commercial Business Managers.
- Support coaching, training, and onboarding of new team members.
- Build strong relationships with the field team and customers.
- Drive sales performance in the field.
- Manage time effectively and ensure report completion and submission.
- Maintain excellent communication skills.
Key Requirements:
- Strong personal integrity with sound judgment and influencing skills.
- Willingness to travel nationally, approximately 4 days per week in the field.
- Proven experience managing field sales teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to develop relationships with teams and stakeholders.
- Self-starter with good time management and minimal supervision.
- Team player capable of collaborating effectively.
- Robust, determined, and willing to go the extra mile.
- Ability to handle conflicts confidently and resolve issues.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Fluent in English; bilingual skills advantageous.
- Educational qualification up to GCSE level.
- Experience or knowledge of visiting retail outlets with field sales teams is preferred.
- Proficient in IT systems including Word, Excel, and Email.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
Remuneration & Benefits:
- Competitive annual salary with end-of-year bonus.
- OTE £50,000 to £55,000 per annum.
