Field Sales Operations Manager National
Background – FMCG Convenience / RETAIL PHARMACY / FIELD SALES / RETAIL STORES MERCHANDISING
Territory: National Reference: KSP/COMB
We are looking for a dynamic, driven Field Operations Manager at a national level. The role focuses on managing a team in the field, driving sales, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
The individual will liaise with, report to, and support the leadership team.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the team to deliver excellent store standards and customer service
  • Ensuring compliance and best practices
  • Auditing the field team
  • Conducting field visits as per company expectations
  • Providing constructive feedback and coaching
  • Building relationships with the field team and customers
  • Driving sales in the field
  • Effective time management and report submission

Key requirements include:
  • Strong personal integrity and influencing skills
  • Willingness to travel nationally, approximately 4 days a week in the field
  • Experience managing field sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with good time management
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and handle difficult situations
  • Professional presentation skills
  • Fluent in English; bilingual advantageous
  • Education up to GCSE level
  • Experience with retail outlet visits
  • Proficiency in IT systems (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle

Remuneration includes a competitive salary, end-of-year bonus (£50,000-£55,000 OTE), vehicle allowance, business mobile and laptop, pension, 28 days leave, and incentives.
