Job summary

VEA Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of facilities management services across the national portfolio, blending strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

You will manage Hard and Soft FM contracts, drive continuous improvement, and support mobilisation of new contracts including events, while building strong client relationships and leading multi-site teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multi-site FM contracts.
• Strong budget management and cost control.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation.
• Commercial awareness and growth mindset.
• Ability to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of FM services across the UK.
• Manage Hard and Soft FM operations to high standards.
• Monitor performance, KPIs and service quality.
• Manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.
• Lead site managers and operational teams.
• Support mobilisation of new contracts.
• Build client relationships and manage SLAs.
