Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead on property and technical services management delivery to office and retail spaces.
• Manage the building’s M&E services contract and engineering operations.
• Monitor utility consumption, analyse data, and develop reduction plans.
• Support sustainability initiatives to reduce operational carbon.
• Oversee annual building service charge budgets and management accounts.
• Ensure health & safety and emergency procedures are up-to-date and enforced.
• Coordinate training and development for building staff and compliance with manuals.
