Job summary

Haven is seeking a National Food & Beverage Development Manager to shape and deliver a bold F&B development strategy across our Hemel Hempstead venues. You will define annual plans, tests, and critical paths for park handover and delivery, ensuring safety, compliance and strong commercial returns.

You will lead cross‑functional partnerships with Operations, Finance, Digital, Marketing and Licensing, driving NPD, pricing strategy and guest experience while developing teams and SOPs for

**National Food & Beverage Development Manager Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 2 days office, 2 days park, 1 day at home per week) Annual salary + bonus and benefits** Step into a pivotal role shaping the future of Food & Beverage at Haven.
