Haven Leisure Ltd in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Marketing Manager for Food & Beverage to own the creative journey across campaigns, menus, POS, digital and app experiences that excite guests and owners.

You will shape the annual F&B marketing calendar, collaborate with operations and brand teams, brief agencies, and translate business objectives into integrated campaigns that drive awareness and guest spend.

Qualifications

• Integrated marketing expertise with ability to translate objectives into briefs for print and digital channels.
• Agency partnership skills; brief clearly and manage delivery to high standards.
• Creative eye with meticulous attention to detail across copy, design and production.
• Excellent collaboration and communication across teams and external partners.
• Significant marketing experience in food & beverage with budgeting and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Shape the F&B story - leading the annual marketing calendar and strategy with central ops and the brand team.
• Own the creative vision - drive compelling creative across channels (POS, menus, digital, social).
• Turn insights into action - translate objectives into guest-facing campaigns with market awareness of dining trends.
• Collaborate brilliantly - build relationships across the business and with agencies to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Keep it real - ensure all communications stay on-brand and reflect Haven's tone and values.
