Haven in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Marketing Manager to drive the complete F&B narrative across venues, digital channels and app experiences. You’ll own the creative journey, shaping menus, signage and campaigns that excite guests and owners.

You’ll lead with a strategic calendar, manage budgets, and collaborate with operations, brand and agencies to deliver authentic Haven campaigns that reflect our Real. Human. Joy. ethos.

Qualificações

• Integrated marketing translates business objectives into compelling briefs and understands print production and digital channels.
• Agency partnerships: brief clearly, provide constructive feedback, manage delivery to high standards.
• Creative eye with attention to detail: precise copy, design, production; nothing slips through the net.
• Collaboration & communication: build relationships across the business, keep stakeholders informed.
• Significant experience in food and beverage marketing; understand budgets and commercial outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the F&B story and lead the annual marketing calendar with central ops and the brand team.
• Own the creative vision across channels (POS, menus, digital, social) for Haven venues and app experiences.
• Translate business objectives into guest campaigns, monitor dining trends and market movements.
• Collaborate with ops, F&B and agencies to brief, refine and deliver integrated campaigns.
