Qualifications

• Ideally educated to Degree level or similar in a business or technical discipline.
• Experience as a Regional Manager in retail, leisure or FM sector
• Experience of managing a large and remote team
• Strong PC literacy and data presentation skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent planning, organising, prioritisation and project management skills
• High degree of flexibility in working hours and travel requirements
• Experience in managing financial budgets with P&L responsibility desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead field teams to deliver World Class Service in Hard and Soft FM across all sites.
• Manage budgets within targets and optimise cost without compromising service.
• Recruit, coach and motivate staff; develop succession and training plans.
• Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policies and company procedures.
• Drive customer relationships and ensure high service standards across sites.
• Analyse performance data and implement improvement action plans.
• Coordinate capital plans and asset replacement initiatives with customers.
• Provide guidance to Area Maintenance Managers and support to reports.
