Job summary
Ipsum seeks a Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue across Ipsum Infrastructure Ltd. The role involves building new relationships, researching potential customers, and strengthening existing partnerships. You will liaise with prospective clients and work within a friendly team to grow the business.
The position is based in the North West with home working and UK travel. Salary depends on experience and includes a car allowance plus bonus, with full-time
Qualifications
- Experience operating in a commercial, multi-divisional organisation.
- Strong network of national or large client links in FM / Telecoms / Power / Drainage / Water / EV.
- Experience in business development, sales or large frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and opportunities to expand the maintenance provision for Ipsum Infrastructure Ltd.
- Record all leads and live opportunities in the CRM and maintain accurate data.
- Travel nationally as required to meet customer demands and keep Ipsum visible on the doorstep.
- Respond to leads from existing customers or internal requirements.
- Prepare quotations for small projects, large projects, frameworks and maintenance contracts.
- Support in tendering, contract renewals and development of repeat business.
