Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a National Business Development Manager to drive new business in emergency and pre-hospital care.

You will engage NHS ambulance trusts, defence, maritime rescue, fire & rescue and police services, balancing new business (60%) with growing existing accounts (40%). Based from home with national travel, Midlands-base preferred, you will respond to tenders, run demonstrations and clinical trials, and manage stakeholder relationships across clinical leads and

Qualifications

• Experience selling medical devices or emergency services products.
• Background as paramedic/EMT/military medic or in the emergency services is acceptable.
• Knowledge of tenders and frameworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Balance new business development (about 60%) with account management (40%).
• Engage NHS ambulance trusts, defence, maritime rescue, fire & rescue and police services.
• Lead product demonstrations, respond to tenders and run trials.
