Bidfood UK is seeking a proactive Support Administrator to join our Business Support Centre. You will deliver essential administrative support to our sales teams and national account customers, handling pricing, samples, and data analysis to ensure smooth operations.

In this role you will be the main contact for national account teams, delivering high-quality service and helping customer business grow. A flexible, detail-oriented approach is valued in our friendly team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of working within fast paced sales administration environment
• Excellent communication skills for working with a diverse range of people
• Strong problem solving and data reading abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to generate/understand sales data
• Flexible mindset and willingness to take on varied tasks

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the National Account Managers and customers
• Support both internal and external customers; ensure deadlines are met across the business
• Maintain and verify customer contract pricing, organise samples and allocations, produce price lists, and analyse spreadsheets and data
• Be the primary contact point for national account teams and customers, delivering service excellence
• Contribute to the growth of colleagues and customer business through proactive support
