Job summary

APROLIS UK LIMITED is recruiting a National Accounts Co-Ordinator to provide a single point of contact for National Accounts, ensuring continuity across locations. You will provide KPI information to support SLA achievement and timely service delivery.

The role involves coordinating breakdowns, rental requirements, and liaising with multiple depots and suppliers to meet deadlines and performance targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organisational skills and strong administration ability.
• Proficient with Word and Excel for reporting and data entry.
• Able to communicate clearly at all levels and handle customer queries.

Responsibilities

• Receive and action incoming calls from National Account customers.
• Log breakdowns in Kerridge Incident Management system and inform depots.
• Coordinate short-term rental requirements with Rental Controllers.
• Monitor STR usage and plan for seasonal peaks.
• Organise delivery and collection of STR machines and ensure inspections.
• Produce SLA documentation with the General Manager – National Operations.
• Support Tender/RFI work with Sales Managers and meet submission deadlines.
• Liaise with depots, dealers and 3rd party providers to meet timescales.
• Provide daily status reports on ongoing jobs and KPI data.
