Job summary

ESG Drysdale is seeking a National Account Manager to take ownership of key retail accounts and collaborate across B2B and foodservice. The role emphasizes strong customer partnerships and data-driven commercial decisions in a fast-moving fresh-food environment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in retail account management, experience with multiple retailers, and the confidence to build internal and external relationships.

Qualifications

• At least two years’ retail account management experience in fresh food.
• Experience working with multiple retailers.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn data into action.
• The confidence to build relationships internally and externally.
• Someone organised, adaptable and happy to take ownership of their work.
• Fresh produce and own-label experience would be useful; Power BI or relevant apps.
