Job summary

ESG Drysdale, supported by MorePeople, is recruiting a National Account Manager to own key retail accounts and collaborate with cross-functional teams in fresh produce. You’ll build strong customer partnerships, spot opportunities, and respond quickly to stock and demand changes.

The role involves hybrid working with weekly visits to Cockburnspath or Cupar sites, and requires a proactive, commercially minded communicator who can challenge constructively across the business.

Qualifications

• At least two years' retail account management experience in fresh food.
• Experience working with multiple retailers, whether in one role or across your career.
• Strong commercial judgement and the ability to turn data into action.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer partnerships across key accounts.
• Spot commercial opportunities across different accounts.
• Make sound decisions when stock, demand and availability change quickly.
• Collaborate with colleagues across agriculture, operations, technical and supply chain to deliver for customers.
