Job summary

Stericycle is seeking a National Account Administrator to manage national accounts and coordinate client launches, pricing changes and reporting with internal teams. The role requires strong CRM and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work in the UK with a clean criminal record.

Prior experience is welcome but not essential. Responsibilities include direct customer communication, coordination with Customer Services, Credit Control and Master Data teams, and supporting with presentations

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School or equivalent.
• Preferred Education: Associate's or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of experience recommended; strong potential in a target-driven, high-volume environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
• Qualified to work in the UK with a clean criminal records check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate launches of new clients and support development of National Account opportunities.
• Handle price increases, fee programs and other business initiatives with customers via phone, email or in-person.
• Communicate with Customers to resolve commercial inquiries and reach resolutions among all stakeholders.
• Support with price and service related reporting for National Customers.
