Job summary

Stericycle is seeking a National Account Administrator in the United Kingdom to support national account launches and ongoing administration that drives revenue and profitability. You will coordinate price changes, work with multiple teams, and manage data in CRM systems to ensure accurate pricing and contract information.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, familiarity with Salesforce, and excellent time management.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent qualification required.
• Associate's or equivalent preferred.
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent time management, self-discipline and organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and listening skills.
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
• UK work eligibility and clean criminal records check.

Responsibilities

• Acts on direction from line manager with core duties relating to National Accounts management.
• Direct communication with customers to resolve commercial enquiries and reach resolutions.
• Support with price and service-related reporting for National Customers.
• Coordinate with Customer Services, Credit Control & Master Data to fulfill requests.
• Coordinate contract mobilization with internal departments.
• Coordinate decommissioning of lost accounts.
• Manage large-scale One Time Service projects for new and existing clients.
• Track implementation of annual price increases for National customers.
• Prepare presentations and proposals for the National Account Team.
• Maintain contract data in SFDC and BES Drive.
