National Accounts Business Development Manager

Basic Salary: £60,000 - £80,000, OTE £120,000 (Uncapped) + Quality Company Car (BMW) / Car Allowance (£7,200 p/ann), Pension + Excellent Benefits

UK Coverage

We are currently working on a retained basis with a market leading provider of Washroom Services. Well established, having been in the UK market for several decades and incredibly successful, having grown at an impressive rate, they are looking to recruit National Account Business Development Managers.

Responsible for acquiring national account business on a new business, new logo basis, across the UK, in a complex, multi-level sale, often working in collaboration with prospective clients at C-suite level, the ideal candidate will be a driven strategic sales professional with proven track record in a service on contract sell, used to selling across multiple verticals at national account/enterprise level.

What's required:

  • A proven track record in a similar National Account BDM level.
  • Significant exposure to selling at C-Suite level in a complex, multi-level sale.
  • Highly developed commercial acumen, with a strategic mindset.
  • Experience of bid, tender and frameworks.
  • Extensive exposure to the Corporate, HoReCa, Retail & Manufacturing verticals.
  • Knowledge of selling a soft facilities solution such as Washroom Services, Workwear/Linen Rental, Document Shredding, Commercial Laundry Rental etc would be advantageous.
