Job Description
The successful National Account Manager - NISA + Morrisons (Snacks):
- Account Management: Full ownership of the business with NISA and day-to-day management of the Morrisons Wholesale account circa £35m
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key trading contacts, including commercial, supply, and activation teams.
- Business Planning: Build, negotiate and execute joint business plans to achieve commercial objectives and mutual growth.
- Promotional Management: Manage the wholesale promotional plan and achieve NPD targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Shopper Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Category Management and GCC) to ensure accurate reporting, P&L analysis, and forecast accuracy.
- In-Store Activation: Collaborate with Shopper Marketing and Digital teams to build first-class in-store activation in NISA and own the in-store activation in Morrisons Wholesale
The Successful Applicant
The successful National Account Manager - Morrisons Wholesale + NISA (Snacks):
- A strong up and upcoming National Account Exec/Junior National Account Manager who is keen to progress within a Blue Chip Business
- Proven sales experience with P&L ownership.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer-centric and innovative approach.
- Ability to manage financial concepts and deliver results
