Job Opportunity: National Account Executive

About the Company: The Advocate Group is partnering with a renowned wine company known for their diverse, premium, and award-winning brands. They are a B Corp committed to putting people before profit.

Role Overview: This position is ideal for a BDM or Sales Executive looking to advance their FMCG career, with potential progression to NAM level. You will support the Impulse Lead in delivering long-term business plans for a portfolio of accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across designated accounts.
  3. Conduct sales and financial analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  4. Promote the brand actively at wine tastings, events, and roadshows.
  5. Work cross-functionally with Marketing on promotional initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Experience in FMCG account management, preferably in drinks.
  2. Proactive, engaging, and capable of building relationships at all levels.
  3. Numerate with proficiency in Excel, forecasting, and margin analysis.
  4. Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  5. Resilient, independent, and comfortable working remotely.
