Spirit Cartel invites you to take the lead in shaping the presence of some of the world’s most iconic, ultra-premium spirit brands. As our National Account Manager for our prestige and prestige plus products, you will be the ambassador for names that define sophistication—Clase Azul Tequila, Tesseron Cognac, Fuji Whisky, Mancino Vermouth, Rhum J. Bally, and more.

The Role

Leading the growth of our portfolio in the very top end of accounts and also acting as the primary trade point of contact for Clase Azul Tequila, you will expand the presence of our “Prestige Plus” brands across the UK’s most exclusive hotels, restaurants, bars, private member clubs and off-trade accounts. You will become a trade-recognised face of Spirit Cartel and the brands we proudly represent.

What You Will be Doing (include but not limited to):

  • Curate and grow prestige listings in affluent territories including London, the South Coast, North of England and Scotland
  • Be the primary trade liaison for Clase Azul Tequila, representing the brand with elegance and energy
  • Develop strategic partnerships that drive growth, visibility, and long-term value
  • Orchestrate memorable luxury activations, trainings, and tastings that resonate with discerning clientele
  • Become a recognised face of luxury in the UK spirits scene

What We Are Looking For

  • An experienced luxury specialist with a deep understanding of what defines true prestige and how affluent consumers and buyers engage with it
  • A skilled operator who understands how to access, influence, and build lasting relationships within the UK’s elite On & Off Trade network
  • Naturally persuasive, effortlessly building relationships with influential decision-makers
  • Entrepreneurial in spirit, commercial in mindset, and instinctively aligned with high-end brands—with a proven ability to convert opportunity into sales and deliver sustained, profitable growth
  • A polished communicator who thrives in fast-paced, high-touch environments
  • A UK driving licence holder

Working Pattern

This is a field-based role, therefore expect travel across London and the UK. Flexibility is crucial - this is not a 9-5 job; events, training, and activations often happen outside standard office hours.

  • A salary of up to £55,000 per annum depending on experience
