As an Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of the action, supporting the Export Director in accelerating growth across key European markets. This is a hands-on role where you'll help drive strategy, build relationships, and ensure the success of the brand across Western Europe. You'll have the chance to be part of an entrepreneurial team and take ownership of your projects with real autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Business Development: Build strong, lasting relationships with key distributors and partners. Support exciting new product launches, promotions, and activations to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Be the Operational Backbone: Support with order management, stock monitoring, pricing setup, and forecasting, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Own Market Insights: Travel (up to 30%) to markets including Benelux, Spain, Portugal, and Geneva, assess brand positioning, monitor competitors, and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Keep a close eye on KPIs, tracking sell-in and sell-out by market and brand. Use your analytical skills to provide key insights that drive the business forward.

Required Skills

  • Experience: 5+ years working in a client relationship capacity within the export space. A deep understanding of the distribution working model would be highly advantageous.
  • Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and excellent communication skills.
  • Mindset: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are eager to take on new challenges.
