Job summary

St John Ambulance is seeking a National Account Manager (Core) to manage a portfolio of national accounts, driving retention, sustainable growth and long-term value for the organisation.

You will develop deep insights into customer needs, identify opportunities to expand the breadth of services across the commercial training portfolio and work closely with the Growth team to deliver revenue, market share expansion and pipeline development.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or relationship management with national/high-value accounts.
• Ability to use data and insight to inform decisions and opportunities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of national accounts to retain and grow value.
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and act as main contact.
• Develop account plans and strategies to maximise retention and growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand services across the commercial training portfolio.
• Collaborate with Growth, Sales, Training and Operations to deliver solutions.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements in customer engagement and outcomes.
