Job summary
St John Ambulance is seeking a senior commercial-focused professional to lead the design and development of new services and propositions. You will work with Strategy, Commercial, Sales and Operations to identify opportunities, gather market data and translate insights into viable market-ready offerings.
You will build operating models and P&Ls, ensuring commercial viability and cross-functional delivery across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, commercial strategy or related environment.
- Experience identifying commercial opportunities via market insight and customer needs.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking, turning insights into viable propositions.
- Experience developing business cases, operating models or P&Ls with understanding of financial impact.
Responsibilities
- Scope, design and develop operating models for new services and propositions.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Gather and analyse market data, customer insight and competitor activity to increase market share and revenue.
- Develop propositions ready to take to market with viable operating models and P&L.
- Ensure propositions are commercially viable and operationally deliverable across departments.
